Problems connecting

Rebooted TiVo HD
Power cycled router (firmware is up to date)
Seems to connect every time now, but there is still an intermittent delay in commands. When I press a button, sometimes the result is instant, other times it takes seconds for the TiVo to react to the button. Any ideas on this issue?

Well, I wish I had better news...but whenever I've seen that "intermittent lag" it is one of two things:

1. The TiVo is bogged down and rebooting fixes it. We can eliminate that one as a cause since you've done that.
2. The wifi connection is weak or you're far from the access point.

In my suite of test devices I have one with a broken wifi antenna - it only works when I am right on top of the access point - and I can see this behavior when I use it.
